I’m sure the doctors can provide you medications to help balance out your hormones and if this is the route you want to take that’s perfectly fine.

HOW TO FIX HORMONAL IMBALANCE NATURALLY
So how do we essentially fix our bodies? There are many ways that we can do it naturally by the foods we intake or liquids we drink. You may also have to cut things out of your diet in order to do this.
There are ways that it can be done naturally and I’ll be sharing a lot of those ways. But before I do, I wanted to say fixing your hormones is a process, that will take some time.
It’s also something that maybe you don’t want to jump in and try to do everything at once. Take your time and start incorporating these things one by one in to your life.
This way you don’t overwhelm yourself but also you can see what works and what doesn’t because were all different. And our bodies and levels of imbalance maybe different. So give yourself some grace and take it one step at a time.

Eating can have a major impact on so many things when it comes to our ailments. What we put into our bodies make a difference.
You want to make sure that your eating whole fresh foods and not processed foods and sugars. Processed foods and refined sugar are the cause of a lot of problems that we have.

So if your trying to balance your hormones limiting or stopping consumption can go a long way in helping to your hormones.
LIMIT CAFFEINE CONSUMPTION
Caffeine can also make a difference on your body. Having too much caffeine can cause anxiety.
It can also raise your cortisol levels and it can even be linked to estrogen changes.
So if your noticing that your body is potential imbalanced then you may want to take a look at your caffeine consumption and test it out to see if it will make a difference.
A great alternative for coffee is matcha. This helps reduce stress levels which causes less strain on your adrenal glands and it also good for stabilizing your blood sugar.
