So I have been seeing a lot of people talk about this brand on the internet and wanted to give it a try, so I got a WOW shampoo and conditioner set to test.
While looking at the sets that I wasn’t really sure which one to get because the products I saw online were not for shampoos and conditioners but this is what I needed.
So after much research I decided to go with the apple cider vinegar shampoo and the organic virgin coconut oil and avocado oil conditioner.
At the time I didn’t really realize that they just put these two products together, because each one has their matching shampoo and conditioner.

WHAT IS WOW SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER SET?
This is a set that included a shampoo and conditioner set that is suppose to be really good for problematic hair.
So for color treated or damaged hair. It also suppose to be free of all harmful ingredients that makes your hair worse.
This was really intriguing to me I wanted to see if this would really work. I had been looking for a long time for shampoo’s and conditioners that would help my hair without all the gross ingredients.
And what I really liked was the fact that it wasn’t crazy expensive. It wasn’t the cheapest set that I have purchased but it wasn’t the most expensive.
This set costs $25.95 for two bottles that weigh 16.9 fl. oz each. To me this was really reasonable especially when I had spent more for sets that didn’t do anything it promised.
WHAT ARE WOW SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER SETS CLAIMS?
These are some of the claims of this shampoo and conditioner set:
- Nourishing detox treatment – it helps clogged hair follicles to break down buildup
- Fights flakes and dandruff – it helps balance your scalps PH levels so that you do not get flakes and dandruff.
- Safe for all hair types – so this set is safe for all hair types including color treated hair.
- Plant powered natural ingredients – this set claims to be a vegan set that is made with all natural ingredients.
- Free of mineral oil, silicones, sulfates and parabens
Seeing all of these amazing claims I knew I had to give it a try and see if, one it was a good as it says and two if it was really free of all those bad ingredients.
Sometimes these companies promise you that your shampoos and conditioners are free of certain things but when you read the ingredient list on that back you find out that, that’s not true at all.
HOW TO USE WOW SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER SET?
It’s pretty simple how to use this shampoo and conditioner set, it’s like all other sets.
Shampoo first and conditioner second. So you pick how often you want to wash your hair based on your needs and you start with the shampoo.
So one thing I didn’t notice until a few uses of the shampoo was that it says you can just wash your scalp and then wash it off OR you can apply the shampoo to your hair and massage it into your scalp with the balls of your fingers. Never use your nails and then leave on for five minute, then rinse.
Then the conditioner is as normal, apply from the midshaft to the ends and then leave on for how long you want and rinse off.

So I know your probably wondering well did it work, was it good? Was it worth the money?
And let me tell you it was definitely worth the money. First and foremost these bottle may seem like they’re not that big but depending on how often you wash your hair and how much you use it can last you pretty long.
The shampoo has a really nice apple scent in my opinion that lasts for days later. But its not overbearing or too strong. I really enjoyed the scent but if your someone that doesn’t like scent in your shampoo then this is not for you.
The conditioner doesn’t smell as good as the shampoo but there’s not bad scent, its just the shampoo is stronger.
I really like the feel of the shampoo and conditioner when applying it to my hair, the shampoo really felt like it was cleaning my hair. And the conditioner was moisturizing and not too thick.
I really liked the fact that my scalp felt so clean when I was done, I have been having an issue with an itchy scalp and this has helped a lot.
It also makes your hair super shiny and smooth after even the first use, without any styling and very minimal hair products after washing.
FINAL THOUGHTS
I really enjoyed using these product and really liked my results after using it. They did exactly what they promised and helped me with a few of my hair issues.
I also really liked the fact that when reviewing the ingredient list I didn’t find any sulfates, parabens, silicones or mineral oils.
This not only surprised me but I felt like I purchased what I was told I was purchasing.
