Well skin mapping is studying the areas on your face to see what could be causing your acne.
So each area on your face corresponds to an internal organ that may need a bit more attention.
What exactly does this mean, when it comes to your skin? Well if you start to work on what’s going on internally it will help the overall look of your skin.
So lets dive further into this to see how you can help your skin.
Forehead
So if you noticed that you are breaking out a lot on your forehead this could mean digestive issues, poor diet, stress or lack of sleep.
Maybe your not eating healthy or you have some other digestive issue that needs to be taken care of.
Or your stress levels are increasing, which can lead to poor diet and lack of sleep.
In order to get rid of this type of acne you need to find the primary cause and try your best to improve on it.
If your extremely stressed try meditation, or exercise these can help with stress levels.
If your diet is poor try cleaning it up or trying out a plant based diet. This diet helps you take in more fruits and vegetables and whole food that are not processed.

The temples can represent the kidneys and the bladder, infection or inflammation can led to acne. If you think there may be an issue you may want to go to a healthcare professional.

Eyebrows
The area between your eyebrows usually mean your liver, if this is the case you want to speak with a healthcare professional.
But you also want to take a look at your diet, maybe cut out alcohol. Increase health food intakes, like fruits and vegetables and whole foods.
Eyes
Under the eye puffiness, bags or dark circles can be caused by stress or lack of water.

If you’re extremely stressed out you need to find a way to destress. Find something that you really enjoy doing that helps to take away the stress.
Nose

But you can take some measures to help like eating healthier, reducing high sodium foods and just try eating a better all around diet.

Mouth
So if you notice acne around your mouth area and are doing everything you should topically this can be an indicator that something may be off with your stomach or liver.
So maybe try to eat a healthier diet or drink a bit less. If you feel like the issue may be more serious of course talk to your doctor about it.

This could be an indicator of poor respiration, which means that if you smoke you may want to stop.
Also exercising is good for improving respiration as well as other things. Fresh air can also help, maybe take a walk in the mornings and get some fresh air and exercise in.
Jawline and Chin
If your experiencing acne on your Jawline and Chin this can be because of hormonal acne. This can be because it’s your time of the month or your hormones maybe imbalanced.
If you are noticing that acne on your chin and Jawline are a constant thing then you may want to go to your doctor and asking for test to check your hormones levels.
